Forgiveness and Gratitude

I open up a little about forgiveness not only of those that hurt me in the past but also forgiveness of myself for feelings of not being worthy.

I touch on the subject of feeling gratitude for those around me in the past, those around me now, and those who will be around in the future. Now I could not mention everyone but know I am so grateful for everyone.

Beautifully Broken with Melissa Oatman

Today I interview Melissa Oatman a colleague who has always been a big help in times of uncertainty.  She has written a book called "Beautifully Broken: The Single Woman's Guide to Thriving Not Simply Surviving a Divorce or Breakup". Reaching Out To Your Angels

The first order of business is I want to announce the 5 winners of the free session with me. Thank you to everyone who gave me stars and comment I really appreciate all the love and support.

Facing Yourself

Today I share a little bit about how I started to face myself.  Another healing method I use is Past Life Regression.  This method has helped me to confront one of the hardest things I had to face, myself.  I share a couple of my past lives with you and some of the revelations that I received.
